Initially in 1984 we began primarily as a seal-coating operation serving small parking lots and residential homeowners throughout the local area and it’s surrounding counties. Over the course of time we have developed into a company that specializes in small, medium to large commercial projects focusing on airfield runway maintenance, street maintenance and parking facilities.
AARC specializes in meeting the needs and expectations of property management companies and real estate investment trusts whose primary concerns are Class A commercial facilities, shopping centers and malls.
